Application & Ingredients
Application: Natural Approach cream deodorant is very easy to apply. Simply massage a SMALL pearl size amount under your clean armpit. Less is best, you need to make sure it absorbs rather than cake it on. I guess it's similar to applying moisturiser, you'll get a feel for how much suits your armpit! Oh, and it will rub on clear and you won't be left with any yellow stains.
Note: Being an all natural product, you'll notice our deodorant is softer (won't melt!!) in warmer climates and firmer in cooler climates.
Natural Approach cream deodorant is:
- 100% natural
- Toxic free
- Not tested on animals
- Free from aluminium salts and parabens
- Amazing value - our 50 gram tins last over 2 months
- Australian made and owned (based in Mildura Victoria)
Ingredients: Our ingredients are carefully selected to provide you a premium, highly effective product that won't cost the earth. Below is an outline of the ingredients we use and their purpose:
Certified organic raw virgin cold pressed coconut oil and premium liquid coconut oil- 100% pure: Coconut oil has been used on the skin for centuries as a moisturiser and for its soothing, anti-inflammation, and anti-bacterial abilities. It is primarily used for its antibacterial properties which assist in neutralising body odour.
Certified organic unrefined shea butter: Shea butter is extracted from the kernels of the shea tree. It is widely used in the cosmetic industry due to it potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It can also act as an anti-irritant for the skin with allergies propensity. We use Deluxe Shea Butter Australia, which is ethically sourced from Ghana, West Africa: www.deluxesheabutter.com
Locally sourced raw beeswax: Beeswax is well known for its anti-inflammatory and non-allergenic properties. It provides a light barrier to the skin and helps to maintain consistency of our deodorant. We source our raw beeswax from a local Beekeeper in Mildura, Victoria. We then 'clean' it through cheesecloth material.
100% pure essential oils: We use several blends of essential oils to lightly scent our deodorants. Many demonstrate powerful antimicrobial properties that can serve as a natural preservative and neutralise smelly bacteria.
Certified organic tapioca flour (gluten free, wheat free, nut free, non-GMO): Tapioca comes from the cassava root. As a thickening agent, it assists with stabilising the deodorant and assists with absorbing moisture, which makes it easier to apply to your pits!
Organic Sodium Bicarbonate (USP Pharmaceutical Grade | Food Grade): No aluminium, gluten free, allergens free, no preservative, lead free. Sodium Bicarbonate reacts with substances with a strong acid or pH base. It is used to assist with neutralising body odour. No more smelly armpits!
Natural Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols- derived from soybeans): Vitamin E is known to be high in antioxidants and have high moisturising properties, which can help protect the skin.
Organic Vanilla Beans: Queensland vanilla beans are infused in our coconut oil, which produces a beautiful fragrance to add to our natural cream deodorant. Vanilla beans are sourced from Vanilla Dreams Australia: www.vanilladreams.com.au
