Responding to Customer Inquiries:
Our aim is to respond to all customer inquiries as soon as possible. We can be contacted via email: [email protected] or via Facebook Messenger through our page at www.facebook.com/natural.approach.au/. We aim to respond during business hours, within 24 hours of receiving your message.
Refund Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase from Natural Approach for any reason, we will refund the amount paid for the product once it is returned by you (at your cost) and received by us, excluding any shipping and handling charges.
Refund requests must be made directly to Natural Approach at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment by Natural Approach. We are not liable for products that are lost or damaged in transit. Natural Approach will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping and handling charges) to the credit card you used to make the original purchase.
Please note: Natural Approach does not control when a specific credit card company charges transaction fees. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions regarding fees.
Refunds requested more than thirty (30) days after the date of original shipment will not be granted, as subject to Australian Consumer Law. We will not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to mishandling, misuse, lack of care, accident, abuse or other abnormal use at any time after the risk passes to the purchaser.
